The gap.
Every Sunday at church, my family traded promises of coffee and dinner with other families. We meant it, and so did they. Then Monday filled back up and nothing happened.
The people cared. Nobody had a system for following through, and the pastors assumed Sunday services and small groups were enough. The care was real. The follow-through wasn't.

The system.
Tended gives a church team one shared place to see who needs a follow-up, who's handling it, and when. Reminders arrive by push or text on the phone people already carry, and meetings land on the calendar they already use.
It had to work for a volunteer on a phone and a pastor at a desk, with the same data behind both.

What I built.
Platform
Laravel web app and API. Flutter apps for iOS and Android.
Teams
Role-based access, Google sign-in, contact import with duplicate merging.
Reminders
Push via Firebase Cloud Messaging and SMS, gated on TCPA consent.
Calendars
Google Calendar and Outlook integration.
Billing
Stripe subscriptions for church accounts.
Release
Codemagic CI builds and ships both store apps from one push.
